Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic orders: 2-4 business days
- International orders: 5-12 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cilexa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items
Cilexa is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cilexa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before it ships.
Order Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, extreme weather, carrier delays). We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated on your order status.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or logistics. If this applies to your order, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.
